To complete the User Validation Workshop and get one additional study credit in PdP, you should conclude your homework by: 

1. Organize a user validation session for the scope of your project.

• Plan a user testing session with your team and a identify user group that fits your project scope.
• Contact users and invite them to join the user validation session.
• Facilitate and conduct the user validation session. 
• Observe and document the pain points and positive aspects highlighted in the session.

Note that it is encouraged the use of techniques introduced at the workshop.

2. Write an approx. 2-3 page report

• Reflect on how your project team could benefit from a user testing validation throughout its process (cite once or twice the recommended readings).
• Report your user validation session design and reasoning for the design of the session.
• Report the session results (you can use pictures or attachments).
• Reflect on the relevant feedback for your project and how that will impact the coming product development stages.
• Reflect on how the session went and what you would do differently next time.

Note that two recommended readings are attached below (ISO 9241-210 and The Field Guide to human-centred Design).
