1. What should strategic and sustainable people management look like in practice? Please describe what you view as the key tools and practices.

2. What should be the main goals of strategic people management in 2024? Please discuss one or as many of the following topics as you wish: digitalization, social sustainability of work, diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing, and make a clear argument why you consider that/those aspects to be the key goals.
