2 Concept: Deciding on locations for uses and decisions on dismantlement / recycling of existing building parts and locations and extents of new construction (this is to be presented with a Powerpoint/Acrobat presentation including this:

3D diagram drawings showing the idea of divisioning (axonometry / perspective)
Crucial floor plans 1:1000

Two perspective views
Crucial facades 1:1000
Plan and section diagrams showing dismantled (yellow), new (red), and recomposed (green) parts
