MNGT-E2012 - My Development Journey, Lecture, 11.9.2023-28.5.2024

In the final assignment for My Development Journey you should look back to the first GM year and to the future, to your second, CEMS year. In doing so, please reflect on three items from your own personal perspective:

1) How has the first year been? What were the key learnings? Did you follow your plan or did the plan change? If so, why?

2) How has the MSc thesis work been for yourself? What went smoothly and where did you have challenges? What were the biggest learnings from your thesis work?

3) Looking to the CEMS year, what are you plans and expectations? What will your focus on? What are your plans for your term abroad in the other CEMS school, in terms of knowledge, networking, local culture and fun?

Your reflection paper should not exceed 3-5 pages. Please submit it in the Final assignment submission box in MyCourses by 16 June.
