TU-E3161 - Junction Leadership Experience, 16.09.2020-31.12.2020

The topic of the third peer discussion is wrapping up the whole learning experience and looking forward. 

1) Share your leadership narratives and feedback summary (first parts of the final essay) to each other before the discussion (early enough)

2) Read the essays before the meeting and make appreciative and supportive remarks on your colleagues leadership principles and visions

3) Read through the Alvesson and Svenningsson's article on leadership and make notes - what were the major insights for you and how the text resonates to your Junction experience and your own thinking of leadership

4) Prepare to share your thoughts and plans concerning your own future leadership aspirations - what are you aiming at, how would you like to develop yourself further, and what all was meaningful for you in Junction Experience as a whole

5) Arrange the discussion in the place that is peaceful enough for a confidential conversation

6) Have a peer group discussion that comprises following parts:

- opening and warm up: share how are you feeling, agree on the agenda and way of working, how will you document the discussion

- discussion on leadership experience: have a round in which each can tell his/her experience from the event and the feedback from team members,  others will make supportive questions and remarks based on the narrative

- discussion on leadership text: share your ideas of the text, what was collectively meaningful, what would be useful ideas/concepts

- discussion on future aspirations: have a round in which each can tell his/her future aspirations on leadership and personal development,  others will make supportive questions and remarks based on the narrative

- closing and reflection: have a closing discussion, how did you feel the discussion, how did you manage to be appreciative and supportive together, when will you meet next time, agree on the documentation

7) Write a short report (1-2 pages) from the discussion, how did you discuss, what were the main points from the each topic

8) Name the report "familyname1_familyname2_familyname3_JLE20_group session 3.pdf" and submit it to the that person's folder whose name is first in the document name.
