Your task is to conduct an interview in a selected company related to an open position. This task in done in the same pairs as in Task 2.

Select an interesting open position from Task 1 or elsewhere. Call the contact person, and arrange a 30 minute remote or face-to-face interview. If you have difficulties in getting an interviewee, let the companies know that they will get visibility among potential future employees, or ask help from the course teacher. Let's use this GoogleSheet to avoid contacting the same companies.

During the interview, find out at least the following:

• What skills and knowledge should a student in SSE acquire during her studies to be a good candidate for this position / the  company in general?
• What are the most typical differences between outstanding and average applicants?
• What kind of recruitment process does the company have?
• What will the person hired to this position concretely do?
