LC-1113 - Autonomous Language Learning Path (o,w), Lecture M04, 14.1.2022-8.4.2022

In this journal, the purpose is to reflect on your learning activities in ALLP. Since this is the last journal entry, I would like you take a moment to reflect on the following:

- your total &  recent activities done for the course, share your log in the journal (or provide the link for it here)

- your summary of how many hours of work you have completed in the course and what is left to do, if any.

- review of what you did for the oral and written production - have you submitted those? State clearly what those were.

- Your own assesment for the completion of the course: Do you think you are done? Did you meet your initial goals?

- your overall approach and experiences in this course, what has been enjoyable, what has been challenging

- how could this course be improved? Any suggestions are welcome.  Should this course be offered in Zoom/online format in the future? Should there be more "obligatory" assignments, group meetings etc.? Is there a need to offer this autonomous language learning course in the future?

One aspect I would like your feedback on is the issue of completing the approximate 81 hours of work on this course?  How do you think we could make that process more manageable for you (given that in most university courses there is no need to report / complete all the hours, as the hours are an estimate for the average student)?

This final learning journal counts as one of the last assignments for this course.

If you have submitted all your work (oral + written project) and reported all your hours in this last learning journal, it is not obligatory to sign up for the final meeting with the teacher. Your teacher will check the learning journals and respond to you through MyCourses (concluding that coursework is done hopefully).

However, if you have not yet completed the required coursework (or if you wish anyhow to discuss something), be sure to sign up for the final (shorter, 15 minute) meeting with the teacher. Meetings are offered on  Wed April 13th. If any work remains to be completed, this plan can be then discussed with the teacher. If you cannot find a suitable slot, please email laura directly (laura.mendoza@aalto.fi). In your email to Laura, you could also suggest a new deadline for the remaining work.
