Use your text from written assignment 2 or choose a new topic from the file "Written assignment" and answers some of the questions.
Record an audio or a video.
You can do a monologue or a dialogue.
If you make a dialogue, you can do it together with someone from the course or even outside the couse.
Make sure to introduce you in the beginning.
