Final Presentation
In the final presentation should comprise the following parts:
- The concept
- The process
- The demo
In total the teams have 20 minutes for the presentation, which is suggested to be divided into slots of 15 minutes for the concept + process and 5 minutes for the demo.
The tone of the presentation should be one in which you are trying to persuade the audience to believe in your concept.
More details of the entities:
The Concept
The Transformation Opportunity Concept is a presentation that should have the following ingredients:
- Concept name
- Concept purpose (i.e. what problem it addresses, what needs to change and how)
- This should include a visualisation of the envisioned desired state
- Design principles (i.e. what are the most important values with your concept)
- Actors / stakeholders influenced by the transformation
- Building blocks (i.e. tools, systems, and services needed to make it real)
- Key tensions (i.e. ethical considerations, sustainability challenges, relevant power relations between groups [who are the weak/strong/competing groups here], security & privacy related issues)
You need to display support for your claims to make them believable!
The process
This is about how you came to the conclusions. This should include at least the following:
- how the process was structured
- which stakeholders/groups were involved in the study (possibly key findings too)
- which ideas and technologies were considered during the study (briefly)
The demo
The demo is a show of how what the experience of being in the future might feel like. It may be created by whatever means you find appropriate for convincing your audience. It may include technological evidence that it is possible (i.e. a technical mock-up).
Uploads here can be up to 2 files, each one up to 200 MB in size. However, you may include references to online resources created by your team, which are bigger in byte size, if you wish.
