- Registration DL 10.4. to ensure enough food and drinks for everyone

Posters
- Create a project poster and send the PDF by e-mail to cs-c2130 (at) aalto.fi by 18.4. The course personnel will print it.
- Content: project goal, client, main sw features, technologies, ...
- Format: A1 size PDF, max. 20MB, white background to save ink
- Filename: "team number_Client" (e.g. "09_Aalto").

Project Gala Stands
- All teams will have a stand in the CS building lobby.
- Each team brings device(s) with their software running on them. If you need electricity, inform the teacher.
- Course personnel brings the printed posters attached to boards, and a small table for each team.
- 1-2 team members at a time should be present at their stand during the gala. Let the other students try your software, and tell them about your project.
- The rest of the team can visit the other stands.
Demos of Top-3 Accenture Quality Award finalists
- Prepare a 20 min presentation (preferably in English, a shorter version of the PR3 presentation).
- Target audience is the other students.
- Focus on the software demo. Describe clearly the usage context and intended users.
- Tell briefly about technologies, architecture, best work practices & tools, and the quality of the product and project.
- The winner is decided before the gala, i.e. this presentation no more affects the selection.
Accenture Quality Award
- One of the project teams will win the Accenture Quality Award. The criteria used for selecting the winner are described in Accenture's Lecture 1 slides.
- Five Quality Award finalists will be selected based on the earned course points after the Project Review 2. One additional finalist can be selected later by the coaches, if some team clearly deserves to be among the finalists.
- The Quality Award jury participates in the Project Review 3 of all the finalists and selects the winner after the reviews. The jury consists of a few people from Accenture and Aalto.
- Top-3 teams will be invited to give a presentation to all the students in the Software Project and Quality Award Gala. The winner will be announced in the Gala.
