Sites and approximate target programme

Extents of the sites are free and up to the analysis and concept of the student. The targeted numbers must be placed in new buildings and/or extensions of existing buildings. If applicable and justified, applicable adaptive reuse (changing function) is also possible in addition. Please add also supporting service spaces if needed. 


1 Kivelä hospital, Töölö (800 inhabitants, 1200 workplaces)

2 Aurora hospital (2800 inhabitants, 1200 workplaces)

3 Viipurinkatu, Alppi Park's border (800 inhabitants, 1700 workplaces)

4 Rajasaari (1200 inhabitants)

5 Diakonissalaitos, Deaconess Institute (1300 inhabitants, 1800 workplaces)

6 Armi Ratia park, only construction under the present park level is possible (500 inhabitants, 600 workplaces)

7 Töölö depot (1800 inhabitants, 2400 workplaces)

8 Vallila depot (800 inhabitants, 1100 workplaces)
