OK7 Costume Workshop
Costume Loan information
Completion requirements
- The workshop master opens the Wardrobe upon request, provides orientation for its use, and instructions for maintenance and return of the products.
- The right to use the Wardrobe requires taking other users into account: all products should be serviced and returned to their places after cleaning and ironing.
- Students are responsible for the maintenance and return of their costumes by the agreed due date.
- All loans are marked on the booking list and removed from the list when they are returned.
- The Wardrobe also contains accessories, jewellery, wigs and make-up and skin care products (always check the condition of make-up before use).
- You can only borrow clothes from the last rack in the Wardrobe by a separate agreement (military uniforms, warming clothes, copyrighted costumes).
- Attempts are made to reserve warming clothes only for a short period of time to ensure that all productions have access to them. Ask the workshop master if you want to borrow the woolly underwear.
- Assemble your own production kit for filming:
- warming clothes
- clothes steamers
- racks
- make-up mirrors and chairs
- sewing kit for repairing and taking care of costumes.
- Storage units are divided on a project-by-project basis for a predefined period of time. Students are responsible for emptying the storage unit by the deadline and returning the key to the workshop master.
- ALL products purchased for productions / courses using the university’s money are the property of the university. Return all items to the university’s storage for fellow students to use.
- Please note that none of the products purchased may be given or sold to the production team. The workshop master reviews the new products together with the costume designer / person in charge of costumes before returning them to the Wardrobe.
