Is the course fully online? I mean, are there any contact sessions or other activities I have to attend in person?

The course is fully online, meaning that there are no lectures, exams or other sessions you have to attend to complete the course. Note that the MyCourses calendar and SISU might show some course events due to some technical limitations of these platforms.

I see that there are some lectures starting 23:15 on Wednesdays. Is it seriously so?

No. The course does not have lectures nor study groups. The events in SISU are placeholders for the starting and ending dates of the course, which could not be set otherwise. This is a known bug in SISU that has not been fixed yet.

I wanted to take CS-E4100 Mobile Cloud Computing but that is not offered any more. What can I do?

If you have CS-E4100 Mobile Cloud Computing in your study plan, you can take this course instead as a replacement. If you are interested in mobile computing and Android application programming, you can find a related course in addition to (or as an alternative to) this one.

How is this course related to CS-EJ4104 Introduction to DevOps?

This course also covers the content in CS-EJ4104 Introduction to DevOps The online activities of the two courses are different though.

Can I use CS-EJ4104 Introduction to DevOps to replace (part of) this course?

You cannot use CS-EJ4104 Introduction to DevOps (or the previously-offered CS-EJ4101 course with the same name) to replace part of this course. However, you can take CS-EJ4104 as an elective course.

Are there any technical requirements to take the course?

To take this course you will need: a desktop or laptop with at least a web browser, a text editor (we recommend either Sublime Text or Visual Studio Code) and git; a Google Cloud account. The course offers coupons to use Google Cloud for the related activities and assignments. Additional practicalities are going to be available in the first module of the course.
