MUO-E1061 - Advanced 3D Shaping Workshop , Lecture, 19.1.2023-21.4.2023

Book a slot for final presentations. 

Each presentation will last a total 30 mins: 5 mins for changing, 10-15min for presentations and 10-15min for comments and discussion. 

Presentations are organized as 30min slots per student, including changing time (ard 5min). Julia Valle, Anna Ervamaa and Natalia Särmäkari will be commenting your works on both days.

You are expected to present:

For all students

• Sketches and process notes, fabrication samples, colour swatches, concept
• Pictures of final garments (e.g. fitting pictures)
• 1 finished outfit/silhouette (of your choice) in final fabrications in model 

If you are taking Fashion Collection Project

• A second finished outfit/silhouette on dummy or hangers
• Final line up in sketches

If you are taking Advanced 3D Shaping

• 2 Digital prototypes (ipads will be available on each table for that, you can use your aalto login)

As usual, we suggest that you be prepared ahead of your time, lay all your presentation material on the tables, and change garments. You may ask a peer for support with taking notes, so you can concentrate on presenting your work and listening to feedback. We expect all students to be present throughout all the presentations and be active in giving constructive feedback.
