Checkpoint meeting 1
Completion requirements
The first checkpoint meetings takes place between 23rd and 27th October. Please choose a slot in the scheduler below before Friday 20th October. Come and get us from the PDP office once your meeting is about to start so we know where you can be found. There are no rooms prebooked for the meeting by us - you can use the rooms that are empty.
In the CPM1, we will go over the checkpoint routine, where we would like to know more about each team. A good practice is to prepare a presentation that includes the following to serve as a base for the discussion:
- What has been done;
- What are the next steps;
- Major challenges or blocks;
- Use of resources (human + money);
- Highlights and main learnings;
- Confirm who will be the project manager (as well as the Economy and Safety officers)
- Confirm if all paperwork is completed (e.g. Assignment of Rights);
- Review how is the starting point of your Project Plan;
Guests can't do anything here.
