MEC-E3001 - Product Development Project V D, Lecture, 4.9.2024-16.5.2025

The CPM 2 will be held between 11th and 21st of November. Please book a time-slot below for your team before Friday 8th of November. 

The 2nd checkpoint meeting will have a different format than the rest, as your project plan is the primary thing we will focus on in the meeting. Please bring a draft of it to show that it has the required elements to review. And of course we want to quickly hear the basic info from you project 

Main elements to be included in the project plan: 

• A good structure
• Objective, goals, practical results, success criteria
• WBS
• Scheduling for tasks
• Budget plan
• Risk analyses
• Test plan

Please involve the sponsor in the process of making the project plan as well as all team members (both local and international).

The meeting structure will be as follow:

• A short presentation by each team about the project's progress and project plan (15 min).
• Learnings and Challenges. What are you most proud of?
• Open Discussion about the project.
• Feedback on the project progress.
