MEC-E3001 - Product Development Project V D, Lecture, 7.9.2022-12.5.2023

The Facilitated Feedback Sessions (FFS) will take place during the week right after the halfway show from Monday, 30th January to Friday, 3rd February. The FFSs are mandatory for all the PDP teams, where feedback is shared according to "I like, I wish" method. 

The PDP project is long and teamwork has the potential to produce both outstanding results and moments of frustration. The FFS is an activity that allows team members to give and receive both positive and constructive feedback in a spoken and written format. The sessions are conducted in a safe and systematic way, with a facilitator who is a neutral person. The teaching team will not be present at the session and the goal of the session is to encourage more of the good stuff and try to fix things that causes friction. 

The feedback session is most valuable when all team members are present. The sessions have in the past proved to enhance understanding, improve communication, and team dynamics within the group. 

Book a time slot that suits your team schedule. The deadline for signup is Wednesday 25th January. Please note that two teams can book the same time, however the teams will be allocated their own rooms. The sooner you make the booking the easier it is for us to pair you up with a facilitator :).
