Sigrist lecture on Fermi liquid theory
I found these slides quite nice on Fermi liquid theory. Especially the part where he applied perturbation theory to a Fermi gas with contact interaction and demonsrated how one could determine the Fermi liquid theory parameters from the microscopic model. So it is possible, but not exactly easy.
