LEARNING OUTCOMES
Students will gain a deeper understanding of the potential strategic role of human resources in contemporary organizations, and develop a perspective to HRM as a primarily strategy driven activity.
- Students learn how strategic objectives and initiatives may be realized in practice and translated into various HR policies and practices.
- Students will become familiar with some central concepts of organizational behavior as part of their people management skills development.
- Students will learn to critically reflect and think beyond the buzzwords.
The course also develops a variety of professional skills as it varies different learning techniques.
