Lärandemål (är i kraft 01.08.2018-31.07.2020): 

This introductory course in the Global Management (incl. CEMS MIM) programme aims to provide a foundation for the students to analyze, identify and develop their leaderships skills and to plan and take ownership of their personal development. After the course, the student will  be able to (i) identify different leadership styles, (ii) embrace the concepts of ‘followership’ and ‘leadership-as-practice’ and (iii) set goals for their personal development.

Innehåll (är i kraft 01.08.2018-31.07.2020): 

In this course, students will learn about traditional views on leadership and will be invited to challenge some of the taken-for-granted assumptions by discussing concepts like ‘followership’ and ‘L-A-P’ = ‘leadership as practice’. The course also aims to sensitize the students to personal development as a lifelong process and self-development issues.

This course is open to CEMS students exclusively. Global Management students have first priority. 100% attendance in lectures is required. Please note that this is a three-day intensive weekend course and includes mandatory pre-assignments.
