  • CEMS Exclusive course on 'Leadership and Self-development' 28.-30.9.2018

    This introductory course in the Global Management (incl. CEMS MIM) programme aims to provide a foundation for the students to analyze, identify and develop their leaderships skills and to plan and take ownership of their personal development. Other CEMS MIM students are warmly welcome to participate, and use the course as a CEMS elective.

    The course is offered as a 3-day intensive weekend course. It is interactive in nature, and organized in close corporate collaboration.

    During the course, students will learn about traditional views on leadership and will then be invited to challenge some of these taken-for-granted assumptions by exploring and discussing the alternative relational and collaborative approaches to leadership.
