Tarkoitus on seurata idean kehittymistä ajatuksen tasolta "valkokankaalle". BRINGING PERSONAL LEADERSHIP
INTO CREATIVE PROCESSES

Creating a
film is an intricate collaborative effort. Therefore collaboration is central
for how successful the process and also the outcome will be.

Leadership
is about creating the possibility of movement from one place to another and creating
the opportunity and environment to make it possible for others to partake and
contribute to that movement.

An insight
into management structures and processes can help inspire and contribute to a
more fun, courageous and creative work environment.

The
artistic vision cannot bear the entire production. There are other tools that
can be used to create good processes and desired results.

Main
focuses of the course:

-
Personal
leadership and the ideal workspace.

-
Communication:
Leading others

-
Preparing

be able to demonstrate knowledge about the organization of pre-production
processes and apply the knowledge in process design in connection with film
production.

The purpose
of the course is to present and offer tools you can use to consciously assume
the leadership of a process and create the needed overview of your project and
the people involved.
