LEARNING OUTCOMES

The course provides the student with basic knowledge and skills in making comic art. The student understands the working process of comic art and is able to independently produce comic art stories. The student learns to use common tools in comic art, and basics of writing and storytelling.

    The working process of comics and typical working tools, orientations of contemporary comic art, methods of storytelling. Preconditions and premises of writing. The significance of perception.

Assessment Methods and Criteria
  • Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:

    The main working methods during the course are guided and independent work, group discussions and critiques. Themed lectures and presentations of comic artists.
