Content
  • Valid 01.08.2020-31.07.2022:

    Japanese woodblock printmaking is non-toxic method of relief printing. All pigments used are water-based and most materials and tools come straight from Japan. During the course you will learn how to handle carving tools properly and how to register a multi-coloured print with perfection. In addition to basic working methods, you will learn various printing techniques of traditional mokuhanga.You also have an opportunity to examine genuine old ukiyo-e prints from teacher’s collection.
