The student understands what is virtual acoustics and can implement an auralization system. The student is familiar with sound synthesis, room acoustics modeling, spatial sound recording and reproduction as well as modern tools for sound in VR/AR applications

Basics of room acoustics, room acoustic modeling, sound synthesis, reverberation algorithms, spatial sound recording and reproduction, binaural audio, interactive sound systems.
