LEARNING OUTCOMES

General understanding of powder metallurgy methods (PM). Learning of different manufacturing methods of powders. Basics of compaction and sintering process, technilogy and equipment. PM post-rpcessing methods and applications. Selected cases (hard metals, coatings, porous materials, bearings) and special methods (like injection moulding). PM economics and sustainability.
