This course advances students entrepreneurial mindset and prepares for various career paths benefiting from practical understanding of taxation as a fundamental element of any cross-border business operations.

Content

The course focuses on selected topical issues of international corporate taxation such as dispute prevention and resolution, anti-tax avoidance rules, digitalization and corporate social responsibility. The students may participate in a half-day workshop where real-life international tax cases are solved and discussed in groups.
Assessment Methods and Criteria

Group work consisting of lecture journals (50%) and participation in the workshop or an essay (50%) according to the instructions of the teacher.
