LEARNING OUTCOMES

The student will be able to plan and carry out an artistic project based on his/her own sensory perceptions and experiences. The student will explore new possibilities in representing landscape in relation to traditional ways especially the tradition of landscape painting.

    General information of the course.

    Lecture: ”My own artistic practise- from a landsace to a landscape”

    Introduction to the assignment of the day:



    ASSIGNMENT  3.3.2022


    Do 3 different versions on the same landscape:

    Walk around the campus / the seaside. Choose the scene.   You can team up- do it in pairs . If so both will do their own work from the same landscape ( might help if you do photos) . 


    1. The landscape itself.  Just the plain chosen landscape.

    2. A person/ people in the chosen landscape. Place a person or people to the scene. 

    3. An Act. Place some sort of an act to the same landscape. This can be a physical movement or a gesture. Also an evidence from earlier action: man made mark to the landscape.

    You´re free to use any media available. You can take photos. You can draw. Your can do video or even sound. 

    You can combine these 3 pictures in 1, so it would be like triptyc.

    When ready, wheater you work  is photos/ drawinng etc. make a digital documentation of the work and send it to Mycourses Assigment Juhana 1-3. Title  it Assigment_1_Your_Name.
