LEARNING OUTCOMES

* You will familiarise yourself with the concepts of leadership vs. management, and interaction vs. communication, and you will be introduced to the characteristics of good leadership.

* You will be able to combine the previous concepts of leadership and interaction into a bigger picture to understand how they work together and thus form the basis for interactive leadership skills.

* You will familiarise yourself with your individual assignment and learn about the ideas it is based on.

    - challenges students to get to know themselves to start to recognise and develop their own leadership skills.
