LEARNING OUTCOMES

After the course, you will:

- be familiar with the basics of project management and the LFA approach, and be able to
- apply common project management tools such as Gantt s chart and WBS
- understand the significance and elements of good leadership
- understand group work dynamics, and know how to promote successful group work
- recognise the special features of a multicultural working environment
- know the basics of project communication and will be able to create a communication and interaction plan
- be able to apply project management skills to a research project
