Modular graphic design with GlyphDrawing.Club is a hands-on workshop. During the week we will be exploring the process of creating modular graphics, type and illustration using the GlyphDrawing.Club -editor. There will be some lectures where we look at the history of text art and modular design, but most of the time will be spent experimenting with the editor in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. At the end of the workshop week, we will combine the works/output into a small collective publication/project. See the results from previous years here: https://gdc-workshops.aalto.fi/

This course is meant for everybody whether you are advanced in design looking for a new tool/process or just a curious mind. To participate all you need is an open mind, willingness to play and to learn something new.
