LEARNING OUTCOMES

This course helps the students to learn to manage the business of software and services. It covers the key issues faced by SMEs and start-ups over the lifecycle of a software venture from an idea to an offering, and further to maintaining the product and business. The core focus area is the co-ordination of software and business development: the course provides students with skills to manage the business side of a software business.
