CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD
Content

The course consists of lectures, visits to companies, tutoring sessions, a design assignment, and a critique. Interior textiles are discussed in context of residential environments as well as various contract spaces. The lectures and visits introduce the students to the properties and requirements of interior textiles. Further topics include textiles in architectural scale and context. The assigment is adjusted to each student's previous knowledge of textiles, product- or interior design.
Assessment Methods and Criteria

The final grade for the course is based on student’s attendance and participation in the contact teaching as well as group work and the assignments that the students complete during the course. Students must attend and actively participate in at least 80% of the contact teachings. Introductory session is mandatory.
