LEARNING OUTCOMES

The student knows the relevant management theories and project management methods in the industry. The student can think strategically and is able to be analytical about one's own management skills and how to develop as a leader. The student has tools to lead both a professional production crew and a creative team. The student will understand project management and strategic planning as instruments in managing a successful creative business.

    Management theories, strategic planning and project management. Analysing one's personal point of view related to power and responsibility while analysing individual leadership methods.

    Approved performance is 80% attendance and sufficient participation in discussions to ensure that the teaching content is learned.
