LEARNING OUTCOMES

Students learn about possibilities, types, styles/characteristics and goals of vfx animation, as well as about the differencies between mainstream and more innovative/artistic/experimental vfx.
After the course students know how to start developing one's own vfx styles.

Content

    Students get to see plenty of examples about vfx animations done in different animation techniques.
    The possibilities and styles of vfx are discussed.
    Students do tests and experiments in vfx with their chosen technique.

Assessment Methods and Criteria

    Lectures, examples/film-watching, analyzing, exercises, homework. Active participation in the organized teaching. Performing the given assignments according to instructions and within given timeframes. Supporting peer learning.
