LEARNING OUTCOMES

Understands the basic principles of HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS),
Understands how HTML & CSS are represented for humans and how they are interpreted by browsers: text-based vs. Document Object Model (DOM),
Can create web pages with HTML and style them with CSS,
Knows how to utilize CSS libraries for creating layouts and styling web pages
