The rotating fields and harmonics in electrical machines cover the following topics
- basics of electrical machine analysis
- design and analyse the winding topology in rotating electrical machine
- model and discuss the effect of eccentricity and teeth harmonics
The 6 sessions are decomposed into 2 parts:
- 3 short lectures followed by an assignment
- 3 project session based on Comsol multiphysics and the tools developed previously
The assignments covers 40 % of the grading and the project report 60 %.
