CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD

Content

  • valid for whole curriculum period:

    Methodologies and evolution of designing and building scalable web applications, focusing on recent advances in both client- and server-side development as well as on platforms and hosting solutions. Architectural patterns and their fit and need for different types of web applications. 

Assessment Methods and Criteria

    Assessment is conducted based on completed coursework as outlined in course materials.

Workload

  • valid for whole curriculum period:

    The course is offered as an independent study version during the fall (Autumn I - Autumn II) and during the spring IV - summer (Spring IV - Summer). There is a lectured version of the course  During the spring, there is a single kick-off lecture at the beginning of the course, while the fall version has no lectures. The course has support hours where participants can come and ask questions about the coursework.
