LEARNING OUTCOMES

The student understands the changing landscape of scripted content and creative documentaries on different platforms. The students sees the impact of our habits of consuming content in creating and developing ideas and in producing, financing and selling them. The student is familiarized with implementing data driven marketing in the creative sector and sees both the advantages and certain risks involved.

In addition to learning about reaching a variety of target groups more efficiently on different platforms, the students is equipped with impact campaigns.

Content

    Luento-opetus, kirjallisuus, harjoitteet, vierailijat. 

Assessment Methods and Criteria

    Lectures, guests, assignments individually and team work. Material to be studied independently. The approved performance is an attendance and the completion of given assignments

Workload
  • valid for whole curriculum period:

    32 h of contact teaching, 49 h of independent work. Participation in lectures and other events according to the course program and doing the given individual and group assignments.


    At least 80% participation in face-to-face teaching is mandatory to complete the course. If, due to absences, the student does not achieve the learning outcomes defined in the course description, the remaining 20% may have to be compensated as determined by the responsible teachers of the course.

    All absences must be reported to the teachers in charge. The responsible teachers of the course will specify the necessary compensating assignments.
