CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD
Content

In this course, we discuss social and cultural perspectives on contemporary art and education, particularly focusing on aims to identify and/or create democratic and sustainable spaces for teaching and learning. With the help of advanced research literature, we engage with critical analyses of theories and topics related to contemporary art and pedagogy, particularly in the Nordic context. At the end of the course, students write a research paper in which they further reflect theories and concepts discussed during the course.
