AXM-E3008 - Mediums, Materials, Dimensions, 7.9.2023-12.10.2023
The course aims to explore the concept of medium through hands-on practice. We will progress step by step, delving into the process of crafting three-dimensional glass objects.
The focus will be on the dynamics of your 'imagination' and the features of the material, including obstacles and unexpected benefits.
The material and medium we will be working with is glass, which is likely unfamiliar to the majority of the class. This unfamiliarity allows us to study the process without preconceptions and, consequently, with expectations that may not be overly demanding.
Additionally, we will examine the concept of the medium from theoretical perspectives within artistic practice
