Content

    The course on process and quality management covers the basic knowledge of:
    -What quality is
    -What high-quality action and quality management require as part of business management
    -How quality control can be implemented in companies

    The course includes an overview of basic quality management methods, process management, quality management systems, and performance measurement.

    During the course, students practice key skills in quality management such as process modeling, the fundamentals of quality control, and the use of quality tools.

Assessment Methods and Criteria

    Each exercise/assignment is graded on a scale of 0-5 or pass/fail. Detailed criteria for each exercise/assignment will be published later. Final grade is calculated based on the individual exercise/assignment grades.
