The learning outcomes of the course are as follows:
1. The students will get to know the foundational concepts, theories and frameworks around strategy and strategic management in organizations
2. The students will learn to apply these concepts, theories and frameworks to evaluate different business situations
3. The students will learn to make and justify decisions related to the strategic management in organizations
