CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD
Content

In this course, we discuss various models and frameworks for project management and entrepreneurship in order to deepen students’ theoretical and practical knowledge in project-oriented work. The focus is on ethical, responsible, and sustainable ecosystems of culture and economy as well as on the uses of arts-based and pedagogical methods in entrepreneurial practice. The course aims to bridge artistic, educational, and entrepreneurial competencies in project management. At the end of the course, students share what they have learned through group presentations.
This course is co-organized with Aalborg University, Denmark. All class session are taught in hybrid, and half of the students participate in the course from Copenhagen. We use Aalto OpenLearning instead of MyCourses. If you are not a student of Nordic Master in Visual Studies and Art Education, please contact the teacher in charge for further details.
