After completing the course, a student will 

-gain a deepened understanding of the chemistry of elements

-familiarise oneself with basic concepts in systematic inorganic materials design

-perform hands-on experience with laboratory instruments

-demonstrate advanced data interpretation and reporting

Content

    Hands-on laboratory works focusing on both fundamental and advanced phenomena of inorganic chemistry.

     

Assessment Methods and Criteria

    Attendance at laboratory works is compulsory. Homeworks and the report are evaluated.

Workload

    Five to six laboratory sessions with varying lenghts, homework, one full scientific report.
