Content

    Familiarization with Aalto University, one's own field of study and its research as well as career opportunities. Introduction to the degree requirements of one's major. Planning and monitoring of studies. Personal study plan (HOPS). Well-being and coping in studies. Time management. Student's study methods and techniques. Ethical rules of study. Introduction to university information systems (Sisu, MyCourses, MyStudies). Different majors may have varying content.
