      topics to cover during course:

      1. Electrification and Hybridization of non-road mobile machinery (NRMM)or off-road machinery

      2. Writting and publishing journal article processes

The course covers the principles of compiling a journal article in context related to Non-road Mobile Machinery (NRMM) according to the recommendations of chosen scientific journal.

This course covers the electrification and hybridization of NRMM, replacement of traditional hydraulic actuators by electric-mechanical and electro-hydraulic. Course informs participants about new ways (based on electrification and hybridization) towards which the world of non-road machinery is moving to.

The participants work in group of 2-3 on work on their joint journal article. The course includes six face-to-face sessions and peer groups meetings between the sessions. Students will familiarize themselves with the journal writing and reviewing processes. Introduction of journal writing process is based on technical field of Electrification and Hybridization of non-road mobile machinery.

This course is designed for PhD and advance M.Sc. students and in the field of mechatronics and other fields related to NRMM. This course is created in order to acquire a technical culture that promotes the multi-discipline cooperation, obtaining wider range of knowledge and writing scientific articles.

Course is free for all participants. The course language is English.

Course is assessed by grades pass/fail. 50% (50 points) is required to pass the course.

All Homework parts are compulsory. Missed lectures (acceptable reasoning) should be replaced by additional homework
