  These appointments are for Aalto degree students who are pursuing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) of English via LC-1119 (for engineering) or LCA-1018 (for ARTS).

  Where do I find the RPL self-assessment?
  

  • In MyCourses on the course homepages of LC-1119 (for engineering) and LCA-1018 (for ARTS)

  
  What do I bring to the appointment?
  

  • Your questions related to the self-assessment and/or portfolio construction

  
  

  How do I connect via Skype?
  At least ONE day in advance, do the following . . .
  

  • Open a Skype for Business account, which is free for Aalto students. Note: you need to use Office365. For details, see https://inside.aalto.fi/display/ITServices/Office+package+free+of+charge+for+Aalto+employees

  • Find your Skype for Business contact in the contact list (i.e. the teacher with whom you booked an appointment), either diane.pilkinton-pihko@aalto.fi or jaana.suviniitty@aalto.fi
    
  • Request permission to add the contact person to your contact list
  • At your appointment time, call your Skype for Business contact (i.e. the teacher with whom you have an appointment)
