This is a course for Aalto University personnel in various administrative/customer service positions with an intermediate level of English.
The course focuses on various customer service tasks and other interactive situations in the international Aalto environment. The course will cover, for example, strategies and language related to politeness, asking questions, giving advice, checking understanding and agreeing/disagreeing, but the details of the course contents will partially depend on the needs of the participants.
Level Intermediate – upper intermediate (B1-B2).
