Exercises 7,8 and 9 are a continuous series. In the exercise 7 The story of my future you identify your personally compelling future. Knowing what kind of future you truly want, the picture becomes vivid and clear and it gives you something to aim at. In the exercise 8 Action plan you make concrete steps to the desired future vision and plan a timetable. In the exercise 9 Action plan for wellbeing you make a plan that supports your action plan and desired future to become true.
Now that you have set a few objectives for the near future, ensure that your wellbeing will support you to achieve them.
Wellbeing will contribute to achieving the objectives set by yourself. How is your wellbeing in the areas of physical, emotional, social and intellectual aspects? What could you do to support your goals in life? What do you wish to hold? What should you change or stop?
